1 Night available midweek only
2 Nights on all Friday and Saturday nights
3 Nights during Easter and Christmas
The guest agrees to pay full accommodation price either before or upon arrival.
We accept payment by cash, credit card, direct deposit or cheque (cleared prior to arrival).
A credit card will be required as security upon check-in. In the event the guest does not have a credit card then a $100 bond is payable upon check-in and is refundable at check-out (subject to conditions below).
Other Charges which may apply
Charges may apply if excess cleaning is required i.e. due to smoking inside cabin.
Charges may apply if any breakages, damages or losses occur which are caused by the guest.
Guests agree to pay all charges incurred during their stay.
Cancellations wth more than three days notice may incur admin charges up to 20%.
Cancellations with less than three days notice may incur a 100% cancellation fee unless the properly is relet, in which case an administration fee of $25 may be charged.
If the property is not relet, the cancellation fees may be held in credit for 6 months; dates subject to availability and exclude public holidays or Clare Valley events..

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the cabins.
We allow smoking in designated areas.
No Pets Allowed
Due to our animal park being close to the cabins, pets are not allowed.
Watervale Retreat shall not be liable for loss, damage or destruction of personal property brought onto the premises belonging the the guest or any invitee of a guest.
